Overview

 

 Objective of the Role

Allianz Partners is part of the SAP Success Factors implementation which forms part of our global HR transformation. The systems side of which is to ensure that every operating entity in the Allianz group transfers onto one HR platform. The specific delivery during the period of this contract, would be to go live to employees with Employee Central interfacing with Core HR – Payroll Unit 4 Agresso, which will be retained for payroll purposes only.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

  • To be the key lead for the implementation of SAP Success Factors, Employee Central, TM/PM, Comp & VP etc acting as the HR co-ordinator, including:
    • Interfacing with the business with the key stakeholders to understand high level requirements.
    • Supporting data migration from Agresso to Success Factors Employee Central – particularly via defining and implementing data quality review/checks/reconciliation for the interface.
    • Working with IT to ensure that audit resolutions are in place and these are in line with any Employee Central process changes.
    • Supporting with documentation of local admin processes including decisions on which system dropdown options will be adopted locally.
    • Supporting with HR Admin training design and implementation.
    • Overseeing data decisions working with our Agresso Systems Analyst, BA, IT and any other stakeholders (Payroll, Finance etc.), keeping all parties abreast of data mapping and ensuring the impacts are understood and agreed across the work streams.
    • Overseeing the implementation of our organisational structure, positions and employee data into Employee Central.
    • Assist with review of Employee Central hierarchy, positions and employee data following each of the data loads.
    • Support with documented reporting requirements to ensure they meet business and HR needs.
  • Ensure business as usual delivery and service levels are maintained throughout the whole process.
  • Assist in ensuring that the HR Admin function is fit for purpose for the role out of Employee Central.
  • Ensure there is a consistent role profile, way of working and service offered to the business and HR.
  • Ensure efficient processes and ensure workflows are implemented.
  • Maintain a future view regarding further Success Factors Modules.
  • Conduct a gap analysis i.e. to understanding the 'As Is' or existing position and 'To Be' scenario or position as advocated by the Group and identifying the gaps.
  • Identify where HR can be more efficient, provide a greater service and add value to both HR and the business.
  • Work closely and in partnership with Payroll and the HR function.
  • Provide updates to HR Business Partner and to the project team on a regular basis.
  • Lead the relationship with IT.

Education, Training and Qualifications

 

Excellent knowledge and experience of SAP Success Factors

Excellent excel knowledge and expertise

 

Special Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Proven track record of managing, designing and implementing A HR Systems Integration programme from start to finish
  • Adept at listening to, understanding and explaining concepts to at all levels including technical colleagues
  • Experience of data mapping between source and target systems
  • Attention to detail and effective execution of deliverables in scope
  • Skilled in analytical problem-solving, applying scientific reason using appropriate methodology.
  • Ability to translate requirements into transition steps
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (such as: Outlook, Word, Excel and , Powerpoint)
  • Numerate and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills at all levels both written and verbal
