You will recover paid claims costs where applicable, ensuring opportunities are maximised and target saving are realised. You will communicate with customers, other insurers and third parties, logging details of conversations and documents onto the claims system. You will take an active role in training claims specialists on recovery methods.   Working within the Customer Experience hub, you will report to the Customer Claims Manager.
