In order to provide the best possible service you will share any high profile cases with your manager.
One of a team of coordinators, you will report into your Team Manager. Your team will be a blend of office-based and remote workers, so communication will be important!

Leading a contact centre team of sales and service coordinators you will lead, inspire and motivate them to provide outstanding customer experiences. You will improve processes and create efficiencies to create a culture where employees want to contribute to Allianz Partners' vision and mission
Reporting to the Department Hub Manager, you will work with other team managers to develop employees' skills and knowledge and ensure that they are meeting targets and, as a team, achieving Service level agreements. You will perform regular one-to-ones with your team as well as annual reviews. You will lead regular team meetings to share information and ensure contribution from all team members.

Main objective of the Role
Allianz Partners is a truly global company, with a global structure throughout the Underwriting department. This role will be a key role in the UK Business Unit and part of the European Underwriting team. The role will also have a strong working relationship with both UK and colleagues in other European countries
- Safeguard the future profitability of the Travel line of business
- Ensuring that new & renewal business pricing proposals are made in line with the company’s profitability objectives and underwriting policy.
- Partner with Sales colleagues to deliver ambitious growth targets
- Provide top quality analysis and insight of existing scheme performances
- Rehabilitate poor performing schemes within the portfolio
- Support Global and European topics – including the sharing of knowledge and implementing ‘best practice’ processes.

- Local and Global Pricing Model and Portfolio Monitoring teams
- Head of Travel Case UW and Pricing Europe
